Benoa
Introduction
Watersports and sunsets
Located on the island’s southeast coast right across from Jimbaran and right above Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa or Benoa Peninsular is another popular resort area and a renowned water sports destination.
The area is much more affordable than the neighbouring Nusa Dua with a healthy mix of luxury, mid-range and budget accommodations, restaurants & cafes. Thanks to the calm waters within the bay, Tanjung Benoa is the place to be for jet ski rides, fishing tours, parasailing, banana boat rides and glass-bottom boat rides.

Shopping
Souvenirs and sarongs
Tanjung Benoa is hardly a shopping destination so if you’re looking to enjoy a full day of shopping, you can always head to Nusa Dua or drive down to Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. However, shops selling souvenirs, knick-knacks and locally produced Bali dresses, t-shirts, caps and sarongs can be found at almost every corner.
Spa & Salons
Wellness and relaxation
Just like anywhere else in South Bali, there are no shortages of spas here in Tanjung Benoa – your accommodation would most likely have a spa with head-to-toe treatments like Balinese Massage, facials, hair treatments and mani-pedis. A few notable spas with great service and amazing reputation would include The Tunjung Sari Spa, Baliwis Spa and Jari Menari. Notable spas within hotels and resorts are Thalasso Bali Spa at The Grand Mirage Resort, Jiwa Spa at Conrad Bali, and The Spa at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach.
